Nice staff at the reception

As it was quite high prices we thought it was a better hotel. The rooms are really too small.

The atmosphere felt family-friendly, with plenty of common games available for entertainment. the room showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the experience. While the food was decent, the bar was a highlight, offering a good selection of drinks to unwind after skiing.

Small room, not value for the money.

The breakfast was a real feast, with fresh bread rolls, a variety of cheeses, and enough hot and cold options to keep any foodie dancing. We also loved the bar – those views with complimentary 

Closeness to the skislopes. Friendlyness staff.

Rooms were small and difficult to find.

Room sizes felt cramped, especially for families, with the layout often leading to awkward movements around furniture and limited storage. Some noise from late-night activities outside could disrupt sleep, while the spa area, although nice, struggled with overcrowding during peak times and left little room for relaxation. the children's food options were quite limited, which might not cater well to fussy eaters. The common areas could use some updates, as facilities such as the sauna showed wear and required repairs.

Good location, 5min walk to the lifts, close to shops, restaurants. Ski rental right in the hotel though a bit limited in equipment. Nice breakfast but at 13eur per person bit expensive. Reception desk 24/7, late arrival

Location to ski in out was too far a distance. Rooms were small, old fashioned, worn out and worst the rooms smell unpleasent, not ventilation.

The hotel was very clean and centrally located. The bar had nice views.

The room was very small and the price was excessive. We had to take 2 lifts to get from our room to reception which was very inconvenient.I have never been to a hotel before and told that I am unable to buy wine from the hotel bar. The staff misinformed us on a number of occasions.

The unit on the upper floors is spacious and practical. the staff members are very friendly, welcoming, and polite. - the pool area is good. - the location is great and incredible, close to La Clusaz, the mountains, and a cheese and wine shop. 

The location was wonderful, quite a walk from old town...
