The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided useful info on the resort and best places to ski with the kids. The free wifi was also great for keeping the Kids entertained on the ipad.

my stay in la clusaz was wonderful, and this hotel really exceeded my expectations. the small double room was cozy and offered a great variety of breakfast options, including fresh pastries and delightful cheeses. after skiing, enjoying free 

all inclusive experience with amazing meals daily and a stunning terrace overlooking the alps

The food was truly amazing, with such variety and taste, each meal was delightful. The terrace’s stunning view made every afternoon special. Perfect for relaxation!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to rent ski equipment in the hotel. Ski bus stops very close to the hotel. Pool area in the hotel. Supermarket and bakery is close to the hotel. WiFi included

two lifts were a bit of a pain. swimming pool changing facilities could have been better. shuttle bus to ski lifts would have been nice bit of a hike with kids

The staff was pleasant, I had a practical room with a pleasant view. The breakfast was rich and very good, with plenty of food options. Location: the hotel was really close to La Clusaz for easy access to all ski lifts, 

Room was small, but the warm jacuzzi was refreshing after skiing.

only one lift for whole hotel miniscule rooms- the smallest hotel rooms in the world

The location is prime, with shops and ski rentals just moments away, enhancing the convenience of the stay. The breakfast options were delightful, featuring traditional Irish pancakes that added a lovely touch. the limited parking directly in front of the hotel can be a hassle, and some areas could use a bit more maintenance. while the cleanliness was commendable, a few rooms exhibited signs of wear that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Great Location, public areas bright and appealing. All in all good base for a weekend skiing .

Bedrooms fairly tired and bathrooms beyond tired , definitely needs a refurb in this respect.

The location near the village made it easy to step out for a stroll. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and various cheeses, which set a nice tone for the day. We also appreciated the afternoon cakes around 4 PM. My family loved the pool area, with the hot tub being a highlight after a long day on the slopes. The free drinks throughout the day were a nice bonus, especially sipping something warm while enjoying the stunning views from the terrace. The staff were welcoming, and it felt like home when exploring board games together in the lounge. The family room, however, felt a bit cramped, making it hard to navigate with our ski gear. We faced occasional issues with the dining experience. while the breakfast was lovely, dinner lacked vegetarian options, and the buffet had some inconsistent quality. During peak hours, the spa area seemed too crowded to fully enjoy.

Gool location near the town centre and the ski slopes. Ski shop rental on the hotel premises is very useful and saves a lot of hassle. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Pleasant bar, dining and public areas are relaxing
